Refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Daily Order Flowers: If a daily flower arrangement does not meet your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours with a photo of the arrangement. We will send out a replacement arrangement on the next business day. 

 

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Order changes will be made subject to product availability and returns cannot be honored if the product you desire is unavailable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, and an email acknowledging cancellation will be sent to confirm cancellation. Rush orders cannot be cancelled as orders are immediately processed. Cancellation fees apply to cover credit card processing fees and processing overhead.
